Grudge Is No Company

Don´t think it´s easy to control the beast in you. Allow it to starve and, hopefully, it won´t disturb you. Our grudge is no company. Corrodes you inside. Annulling mind. A drag on the harmony. As Dalai Lama says: grudge is our real enemy.
